This is an approach developed by Alfred Adler who worked with fellow Austrian, Sigmund Freud. Adlerian therapy is based upon the notion that our experiences in early life, particularly within our family, affect the way we see the world and react to events.

Who it can benefit:

Adlerian therapy is a positive and encouraging approach that can help individuals, couples and families. It works well for anxiety and anti-social behaviours.

How I will apply it to work with you

I will work to help you understand why you feel and behave in the way that you do. This will enable you to find ways to act more effectively, develop self-awareness, have an optimistic life view and work on some basic mistakes that you may make regularly.
