Clinical Supervision
I offer reflective, supportive, and ethically grounded clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, trainee therapists, and helping professionals.
My supervision approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, creating a space where supervisees can think deeply about their client work, professional development, and therapeutic relationships. I aim to provide a balance of support, challenge, insight, and encouragement within a safe and collaborative supervisory relationship.
Supervision can support you to:
- Reflect on client work and therapeutic process
- Explore relational dynamics and attachment patterns
- Develop confidence and clinical insight
- Navigate ethical dilemmas and safeguarding concerns
- Prevent burnout and enhance self-awareness
- Strengthen professional identity and practice
I work with both qualified and trainee practitioners and welcome therapists from diverse backgrounds and modalities.
